New package versions are mostly taken from the 2024.2 branch as well as some trial and error.
Pyroute2 sub packages are merged into the main pyroute2 package in 0.7+ and no longer need to be installed separately.
Should still be compatible with older python versions as newer version overrides only apply to Python 3.12+
This only covers packages needed for upgrading compute, additional overrides may be needed for other services.
